Parking at Northside/Midtown Medical Office
The Northside/Midtown Medical Building offers parking rates for the general public and discounted rates for patients visiting the office. *Please note that the rates displayed on building signage reflect prices for the general public.

Patient Parking Rates: 
0 – 30 Minutes: $0.00
31 – 60 Minutes:  $4.00
61 Minutes – 6 Hours: $5.00
6 Hours – 24 Hours: $6.00

Validation Process
Please print your parking ticket and bring it to the office suite front desk for your ticket to be validated or discounted.

• For discounted parking, please bring your ticket to the pay kiosk on the level you are parked (parking garage levels P3 – P7), insert the ticket and pay the fee.
• For parking that has been fully validated, you may insert the ticket at the exit device.
